Then choose the 2nd option 'File Import' - Step 5: Browse for your Microsoft Excel CSV file, and choose to upload. Then select next. - Step 6: You will be forwarded to the 'Identity Layout' - Select the option 'COMMA' and hit next, and then start. - Step 7: Create a new account, use a business email address to send (not a free email account such as hotmail, gmail, yahoo etc) - Step 8: Select "Standard Method" in the Delivery Options (Tools/Accounts) - Step 9: Create a new message, and send to your new list Follow these instructions and you should encounter no errors.
